Ja, OK, het is wel een beetje afgelegen, maar het is echt de moeite waard; het is nu de belangrijkste tentoonstelling in Frankrijk.
Alle modelbouw, maar vooral trein, en van goede kwaliteit (we staan er, trouwens! :D )
Er staan meerdere Belgen en Nederlanders, maar die kennen jullie; dus een gelegenheid om IETS ANDERS te zien: 80 banen!

Dit staat bij ons op de planning. Het appartement en de tickets zijn geboekt.
Ik ben echt benieuwd. Meursault was ook de moeite waard om te zien.
Ik ben eerlijk gezegd grote fan van de Franse banen. Zij hebben een andere insteek dan hier in Vlaanderen of Nederland qua bouwstijl. Ga jij er ook naartoe?

Dat zijn nog niet echt de hoge Alpen. Vorig jaar zijn we daar de Rotonde gaan bezoeken. Toffe omgeving. Vooral rond het meer. Een zalige streek.

Ha, tof. Dan zie ik toch iemand bekend ;). Ik heb zowel tickets voor zaterdag als zondag. Spijtig dat men geen weekend tickets voorzien heeft.
Ik hoop dat mijn Franse compagnon ook komt. Voor hem is het immers ook een 670km rijden (woont tegen Bordeaux).

Wij staan er met La Ligne du Gerize, standplek direct bij de bar (en vlakbij REE Modeles) ;D
Erg veel zin aan, mooi avontuur, en inderdaad, we gaan ervan uit dat deze happening net zo geslaagd en mooi is als Meursault.

Het is al een prachtige beurs geweest. Tof om op 850km van huis toch weer bekenden tegen te komen. Foto's volgen nog.
Morgen terug om nog wat gesprekken aan te knopen met de Franse bouwers, fabrikanten en leveranciers maar eerst en vooral terug een bezoek brengen aan La Rotonde de Chambéry.

Lijkt me een mooie tentoonstelling te zijn
Absoluut. Voor mij is dit absoluut een topper, een echte een aanrader maar je moet er wel 11u en 850km voorover hebben ::).
Toch blij dat we dit hebben kunnen meepikken :).
Het is een beetje te vergelijken met Genk aangezien alle aspecten van de modelbouw aanbod komen maar qua grootte vele malen groter. In totaal 7 hallen.

Wij zijn ook weer terug, leuk je 2x gezien/gesproken te hebben Koen.
Spreekwoordelijk, misschien maar goed dat de afstand wat groot is, nog verder weg dan Meursault, maar die afstand is de moeite meer dan waard. Ik vermoed bij een korte afstand dat een Nederlandstalige kassa nodig zou zijn
Wij hadden als deelnemer de mazzel dat we goed ingeburgerd op donderdagavond aankwamen, de hartelijke ontvangst, de typich Franse gezamenlijke en zeer Bourgondische lunch tijdens de opbouw, een rondleiding in de rotonde van Chambery en de vriendelijkheid van het publiek waren, naast de banen zoals Koen al stelt, echt fantastisch..
Ik zal nog gaan zoeken naar wat foto's, niet van de banen, maar vsn de omgeving :D ;D 8)

Eens gelijks Wim.
Ook wij hebben de Rotonde de Chambéry bezocht. De gids was een beetje een tegenvaller. Vorig jaar hebben wij de rotonde ook bezocht maar met een fantastische gids die heel veel over de geschiedenis en de constructie van het gebouw vertelde.
Ik zal straks nog een deel foto's van de rotonde plaatsen. Eerst ga ik nog wat aan mijn baan werken.
