Ik heb een e-mail verzonden naar Roco; met de vraag hoe het komt dat handleidingen, multimuisprotocol enz... steeds keer op keer de Nederlandse ondersteuning zo stiefmoederlijk behandelen.

thank You for Your email-question/-message! The loco-mousePRO-project was basicly (2/3 hardware, full software) started
after start-sign of leadership in spring of 2009. Normally such a project need a development-time-distance of more than 1 and 1/2
year. So we ask Your understanding - and the understanding of Italian-, Spain- , Poland- and other countries- consumers - not
to be ready with all languages in aspects of manual and multiMousePRO-display for the first delivery. German-, English- and French-
spoken countries had the most pre-orders. Just today the press date for Dutch translation in the next days was told to us!

PS: nooit een nieuwsbrief ontvangen van Roco met de vraag om voorinschrijving op het "pro" protocol. Raar ben toch al 2,5 jaar ingeschreven om hun nieuwsbrieven te ontvangen.
